In the thesis, solved is the scientific problem on enhancement of the ef-ficiency of the moving targets detection against the background of clutter in radar interperiod processing systems with batch-to-batch staggering of pulse repeti-tion intervals. The goal of the work is achieved by revelation of reserves for upgrading modern radar processing systems, as well as by the theoretical and experimental substantiation of reasonable means of their practical realization at the expense of additional cancellation of clutter with lattice filters
