Ivanyshyn M. Discourse of national identity in Ukrainian post-colonial literature study: historical and literary aspect.

In the dissertation thesis the discourse of national identity in Ukrainian post-imperial literary science is considered. Six representative historic and literature studies by S. Andrusiv, O. Vertiy, Yu. Marynenko, V. Morenets, L. Senyk, N. Shumylo are analysed from natiological point of view. A hypothetical model of the national identity discourse in Ukrainian post-colonial literary study is defined, revealed, analysed, and developed. A perspective model of methods of analysis of the national identity discourse in literary studies is proposed and analysed. The national identity discourse is proved to objectify the process of historic and literature cognition and enable one to come to argumentative conclusions in literary study.
