Essay

The dissertation investigation lies in development of theoretical principles and practical methods of improvement of the ecologically safe use of agricultural lands on the basis of economik and landscape zoning. Grounded mechanism of the ecologically safe use and effective use of agricultural lands of the Rivne region on the basis of economik and landscape zoning. The method of determination of economic efficiency of the use of agricultural lands and legal, economic and ecological going is improved near the guard of lands. Theoretical bases of the ecologically safe use land-tenure in market conditions and principles of increase of economic efficiency of the use of the landed resources are improved.
