The Dissertation is the independent completed scientific work, the first in Ukraine complex research of problems of contract of property of physical persons insurance, in which on the basis of current legislation and labour of scientists development and origin of contract of property of physical persons insurance, legal description of this agreement, question of implementation and stopping of contract of property of physical persons insurance is investigational. The contract of property of physical persons insurance is selected from the similar legal phenomena, his exhaustive decision is given and classify on kinds depending on the order of establishment of amount covered (systems of insurance coverage): incomplete property insurance; combined insurance; systems of the first risk; systems of maximum compensation. Considerable attention is in-process spared consideration of concept and legal description of contract of property of physical persons insurance.
