Qutibeh M. Models of business processes to designing the information systems for medical establishments

Dissertation is devoted to development of designing the information systems for medical establishments activities support to improvement of medical document flow on the basis of businesses processes models (BP). With the purpose of strict formalization and standardization of existent structures and rules the descriptive logic was chosen. The schemes of document flow are developed for all selected levels IS (workplace of physician). On the basis of determination of multitude of possible attributes verges, necessary for description of model IS, including creation of interface, input and control of the entered information, and also information analysing subsystems, the reflection of information model is formed in relational DB. For the developing the flexible, easily adapted medical informative system the model-oriented approach of database designing, based on interpretation of outside metainformation on one or another functional units of the system is offered. The objective model of metainformation for objects level is developed.
