Essay

The thesis is devoted to evaluation of knowledge about regulatory mechanisms of cerebral venous circulation in health and during venous outflow difficulties in rats. The rats' peculiarities of cerebral venous circulation in health and laboratory simulation of mechanical and functional cerebral venous outflow difficulties were researched according to REG data. It was found that some cerebral circulation parameters, except indexes of circulation in cerebral big arteries, were changed in laboratory simulation of mechanical cerebral venous outflow difficulty. All change indexes didn't return to starting values till end of experiment. In laboratory simulation of functional cerebral venous outflow difficulty all change cerebral circulation indexes retuned to base values in 3 hours after experiment. The basis for stabilization of cerebral circulation is activation of mechanisms of cerebral circulation autoregulation. The obtained results are experimental foundation for usage of diagnoses and correction of venous cerebral circulation in its disorders.
