Dissertation is the first, in domestic administrative and law science, complex research of evidences and proofs in administrative cases, connected with the voting process. On the grounds of theoretical achievements of the scientists working during different historical periods and the analysis of the current legislation, the author managed to inquire into the basis of evidences and proofs in administrative process, to characterize the means of proving in administrative cases, connected with the voting process, to explain the problems of their application, to formulate the principles of administrative proceedings, which can influence the proving in administrative cases of the indicated category, to clear up the matters of the distribution of duties and to define the role of the court in proving in administrative cases, connected with the election process, to move the amendments to the standard acts, which govern the procedure of proving in the indicated category of cases.
