Dissertation is devoted to research of organization-law bases of the activity of organs of internal affairs, related to prevention of administrative delicts. On the basis of research of international experience the separate questions of organization of prevention by the organs of internal affairs are in-process examined: violations of passports rules and migratory legislation of Ukraine, violations of rules of safety of traveling motion.
