Object - peculiarity of pathogenesis of hypertension desease of all stadium. The presence of calium iodide together with metoprolol in the organisms of patients suffering from arterial hypertension of the II stadium normalizes the thyroid gland function and of iodurii level and heart rate variability. Amlodipin and calium iodide influence on the decrease of parathhormone and calcitonin and the level of calcium and phosphate in blood, changes the daily profile of arterial pressure.
