Baluh D. Governing of the state service in Ukraine

. Dissertation is devoted to the scientific research of the governing of the state service in the context of adaptation of the institute of the state service to the international standards. There are defined the terms and ratio of service, public service and state service, their aim, tasks, functions and principles of governing of the state service, it's legal regulation, the term, structure and kinds of state-official relations, terms and features of the state servant as an object of govern-ing, legal bases of governing of the state service and value of the State Posts Register, the system and powers of the governing bodies. The current legislation and foreign legislation are analyzed, offers and additions to the current legisla-tion about state service are presented, for example, in connection with the adop-tion of the Law of Ukraine “On the public service” and “On the bases of the state service”. Considerable attention is devoted to the question of the state service personnel management.
