Butko O. Ecological safety of geological environment in connection with development of landslide processes (on example of Kharkiv region)

Object: dangerous landslide processes within the limits of geological environment are ecologically dangerous for geosystem’s functioning. Purpose: a study of the regional patterns of development of dangerous landslide processes. The latter are considered to be an ecological safety component of platform type territories such as Kharkiv region. Methods: inductions and deductions, analytical, monographic, a generalization, geophysics, monitoring. Novelty: it is built model of optimization of landslades procesess. Up-to-date prognoses and estimations of risks of the negative influence of exogenous geological processes. Results: the development of the optimum control of dangerous exogenous geological processes is performed and the ways of ecological safety support and rational use of natural resources are provided in the dissertation. It is introduced in Ukrainian Scientific Research Institute of Ecological Problems.
