The process of forming of low-intensity electromagnetic noise of mm-range is the object of researches. The generators of low-intensity noise with the high accuracy of output signals power of the biomedical mm-range devices are subject of researches. The methods of researches are based on the numeral methods of electrodynamics and CAD, matrix methods of the microwave theory, on the theory of differential calculation and mathematical statistics and also on the experimental methods of the microwave measuring. Increasing of the accuracy of low-intensity noise generators output power is the dissertation purpose that provides adequacy of medical methods application, which uses no-thermal action of electromagnetic radiation of mm-range. Theoretical generalizations are observed and new methods for solution of this scientific problem are suggested. They allow forming noise signals and giving an opportunity to regulate signals' intensity for high determination accuracy of the level of power spectral density in the 30-dB range. As a result of this research the mm-range generation apparatus were designed. These apparatus allow increasing efficiency of medical equipment and accuracy of radiometric measurements for investigation of electromagnetic properties of biological objects. The application domain is physics, biology, medicine, food and light industry, scientific researches, measuring of parameters of weak mm-range signals. and metrology.
