Essay

In dissertations expounded materials of biological features' research of E.stiedae in the process of its exogenous and endogenous development. Clinical signs, pathomorfological and histological changes in separate organs and vibrations of blood's biochemical composition, are certain at a monoinvasion. The got is given in relation to extensiveness and intensity of rabbits eimaria's invasion in dependence on age, as feeding and seasonal factors. Comparative description of eimeriastatics is given: Brovaseptol, Amprolinvete and Baycox 2,5 %. The action of desinfectants is studied - Brovades-20 and Brovades-plas on rabbits' eimeriasis. It is first set that meronts of III generation is localized in hepatocytes. Pathogenic action of E. stiеdae on the early stages of endogenous development related to microvascular violation in the liver's tissues. It is set, that the clinical display of hepatic form of rabbits' eimeriosis is registered more frequent all at the end of February - at the beginning of March, and the mixed form - in May-June. The analysis of influence of E. stiеdae's monoculture on separate biochemical indexes of blood (bilirubine, general proteins, albumens, AlAT, AcAT, LDG, LF, glucose, general calcium, phosphorus) at experimental invasion of rabbits is conducted. Experimentally deinvasive operate solutions of Brovades-20 and Brovades-plus of different concentrations on the oocytes of rabbits' Eimeria is determined. Medical efficiency and financial viability of Brovaseptol (Brovafarma), Baycox 2,5 % (Bayer), Amprolinvet (LTD. "Vetsintez") application in a comparative aspect is set.
