Essay

The Dissertation covers the experimental investigation of toxic effect of such pesticides as carbofuran and dimethoate on organism of experimental animals (rats) being under different age condition in view of the importance of existing in Ukraine deterioration of human population reproductive function observed recently. The relation of experimental animals reproductive system sensitivity to toxic effect of carbofuran as well as dimethoate with age of animals is defined. The puberty age rat males are more sensitive to the pesticides toxic effect to compare with sexually mature animals while the absence of such dependence for rat females is shown. According to the obtained result of carried out study the necessity of established in Ukraine values of ADI for both pesticides carbofuran and dimethoate revision is scientifically proved because of need to consider the revealed pesticides toxic effect on reproductive system of mammals.
