Katygrobova O. Institutionalization of Innovative Development under Conditions of Market Transformation

The dissertation work is devoted to the complex research of theoretical and practical aspects of economy innovative development institutionalization under market transformation conditions. The essence of innovative processes, features of its origin in innovative theory and institutional economic theory conceptions are considered. The innovative sphere institutionalization tendencies and regularities are substantiated, the institutional changes essence as a base of innovative developments contradictions overcome are defined. The institutional problems of state regulative activity are studied and the innovative policy realisation priority directions are proposed. The institutional mechanism of forming Ukrainian national innovative system is considered. The economic model of innovative development is created. The institutional factors influence of innovative development on the rate of the GDP growth are determined on the basis of economic-mathematical analysis.
