The dissertation is dedicated to the solution of the obstetrics and gynaecology problem - lowering of frequency of obstetrical and perinatal complications. On the basis of the study of phychosomatic state, systemic and local proteolisys bacteriologic and biochemical processes in the cervics and large intestine, the degree of influence of the irritable bowel syndrome to the course pregnancy to the frequency of obstetrical and perinatal complications has been determined, pathogenetically valid phytocomplex of healing-phylactic arrangements has been worked out and implemented.
