Essay

The thesis shows the basic legal-organizational aspects of the formation of the whole system and its single elements. It analyses the methodology-theoretical elaborations on this problem and defines the main directions of the research of Italian experience of local government, as well as improves the category-conceptual apparatus. Moreover, the thesis comprises a comparative analysis of individual corresponding elements of the modern systems of local government of the Italian Republic and Ukraine.On the basis of the results of the research the thesis suggests recommendations for strengthening the national system of local government.
