The dissertation is devoted to researching and summarizing theoretical and methodical aspects, developing methodical and practical recommendations as to increasing effectiveness of production at the enterprises of meat processing subcomplex. Theoretical and methodical aspects of economic efficiency of production at the enterprises of meat processing subcomplex and trends of developing this subcomplex in Ukraine have been examined. Principles of evaluation of functioning the enterprises of meat processing subcomplex have been analyzed. Analysis of meat production in Poltava region has been performed. Economic effectiveness of production at the enterprises of meat processing subcomplex has been evaluated. Ways of developing and stabilizing forage reserve of enterprises of meat processing subcomplex and effective strategies of market developing enterprises have been determined.
