Object - unstable angina, harmful occupational conditions; methods - general clinical, laboratory (haemostasis system, immune reactivity, blood lipid profile, peroxide oxydation functional), functional (variability heart rate, ECG, Echo-CG), statistical; result - performing of actual issue of clinical cardiology for by definition of unstable angina development mechanismes in patients with harmful occupational conditions, and perfection the complex treatment with corvitin's administration; novelty - it was established that in UA patients with harmful occupational conditions, imynological changes accords T-cell depretion with T-lymphocyte dysbalance; B-lymphocyte level in such patients depends from the harmful occupational conditions duration, and lipids metabolizm disturbance, activation of peroxide oxydation of lipids, antioxydative defense inhibition, blood hyhercoagulation and vegetative nervous system's dysfunction, are expresed more than in UA patients whose work in normal conditions; implemented into practice of healthcare settings of seven oblasts of Ukraine, into scientific and educational process of five medical universities of Ukraine; branch - medicine.
