Essay

The evaluation of bronchial asthma in school age children with different types of inflammation of airways has been performed on the base of the analysis of atopy markers, indices of non-specific reactivity of the bronchi together with immunological blood indices and histochemical granulocyte markers of sputum and blood. Differentiated risk factors of realization of eosinophilic and neutrophilic bronchial asthma in children have been defined based on the results of complex examination. Mathematic model of eosinophilic and neutrophilic bronchial asthma has been created to provide correction for anti-relapsing basic therapy of the disease considering the type of inflammation respond of the airways. The algorithm for the choice of differentiated treatment depending on the type of inflammation of airways have been developed and implemented. The efficiency of the offered methods has been proved in terms of clinical epidemiology
