Telemukha S. Complex Surgical Treatment of Patients With Lower Limbs' Venous Trophical Ulcers Using Cultivated Fibroblasts and Autodermatoplastics

Object of research - lower limbs' venous trophical ulcers; Aim of research: Improvement of efficiency of treatment of patients with lower limbs' venous trophical ulcers by simultaneous execution of transplantation of cultivated fibroblasts, vein operation for correction of thermodynamics and autodermoplastics; methods - clinical methods of examination of patients, colour duplex ultrasonography scanning of lower limbs (suprasonic methods of diagnostics), microbiological research, cytological examination of bottom and edges of ulcers, statistic methods; novelty - For the first time there was observed effectiveness of method of transplantation of cultivated fibroblasts in improvement of treatment of patients with rooted venous ulcers. For the first time it was proved that after transplantation of cultivated fibroblasts their improve replantation of graft after autodermoplastics; results - Carrying out of transplantation of cultivated fibroblasts improves treatment of ulcer 1,3 to 1,5 times under conservative treatment depending on the area of ulcers, and favors better replantation of graft during autodermoplastics (full replantation - improvement by 50%, partial - by 25%). Complex surgical treatment of lower limbs' venous trophical ulcers incorporating transplantation of cultivated fibroblasts and autodermoplastics gives the highest indicators of clinical effectiveness, lower percent of recidivation in the long-term, and the highest rate of improvement in health-related quality of life (by fifty percent).; it is inculcated - in medical practice, in an educational process; sphere - medical practice.
