Object - a lesion of nervous system at acute carbon monoxide poisonings. The purpose - rising of efficiency of diagnostics of neurologic disturbances and complex treatment of miners with an acute carbon monoxide poisonings on the basis of the analysis of clinico-functional disturbances of nervous system and immunobiochemical parameters at victims. Methods - clinico-neurologic, functional, biochemical, immunologic, statistical. Novelty - for the first time is certain frequency of the basic syndromes toxico-hypoxic encephalopathies and the most frequent signs are specified at an acute carbon monoxide poisonings at miners; it is taped, that the acute carbon monoxide poisonings influenced development of the sympaticotonic answer, causing disturbance of functioning of vegetative nervous system mainly on sympaticotonic type with excessive vegetative maintenance of activity; after a poisoning rising a tonus of vessels of a brain, decrease of a circulation in the main vessels and its augmentation asymmetry was marked; the T-cellular immunodeficiency, an autosensibilization to an antigen of a brain, intensifying of interrelations of immune parameters of different parts of immunity develops; for the first time efficiency of use in complex treatment of miners with acute carbon monoxide poisonings by "Instenon" together with sessions of a hyperbaric oxygenation by results of vegetative and vestibular assays is proved. Results - are developed a medical complex for miners with an acute carbon monoxide poisonings and a way of correction of the vegetative and vestibular disturbances caused by a acute carbon monoxide poisonings.
