The Dissertation contains integrated study of civil rights of property legal defense. The work analyses general theses for the concept of defense and advocacy, means of defense, their system and suits competition. It studies scientific approach to characteristic of the correlation of violation, avoidance and disclaimer as a legal ground for defense, its connection to compulsion and amenability. Considerable attention is paid to material-legal, obligation-legal means of defense, and defense of corporative rights. It analyses court practice of disputes on vindication suits, negatory actions, tort suit, enrichment suit, restitution and other demands and their integration.
