Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of HCV transmission from the mother to the child. The high frequency of complications during pregnance and labor of HCV-infected women have been established. It has been defined the factors of vertical transmission of viral hepatitis C. The connection between LBP and immune status of HCV-infected pregnant have been established. As a result of the carried out researches the algorithm of the management of pregnant women with HCV have been elaborated for reducing the risk of HCV transmission.
