The dissertation is devoted the theoretical and practical issues of administrative and legal status of aircraft crew of Ukraine. A division into periods of administrative and legal status of aircraft crew of Ukraine formation is made. An author explicates the essence of such terms: aircraft crew of Ukraine, aircraft flight personnel and service personnel. The term concept of administrative and legal status of aircraft crew of Ukraine is determined. An author develops the classification and certain conditions of aircraft crew of Ukraine admittance to the professional activity realization. A classification of organizing and legal means of safe aircraft crew of Ukraine activity ensuring is made. An author analyses the special features of aircraft crew of Ukraine administrative responsibility. The recommendations and concrete suggestions in relation to the improvement of native legislation on the questions of aircraft crew of Ukraine activity legal ensuring and organizing are made.
