Zaytseva N. Legal regulation of state credit in Ukraine.

Dissertational research is devoted formation of complex scientific representation about specificity state credit in Ukraine, to the analysis of it conformity to the purposes of development of the legal, democratic, social state, an orientation on successful reforming of economic relations on a way of development of market economy. The legal nature of state credit is defined in this work; defined the difference between state credit and state debt, that shows it's specificts as an effected method of minimalization of budget deficit in Ukraine. Besides the work covers the understanding of the nature of budget deficit, which becomes the one of the preconditions of the engaging additional funds. A special part of the research is dedicated to studying the development of forms of state credit connected to the forming of state debt obligations. Theoretical conclusions and propositions has been made concerning the nessesary changes in the Ukrainian legislation as a result of the analisus achived in the work.
