Kudinova M. Innovational model of stable corporative rights management

Research object. Process of innovative development of management by corporate rights. Research purpose. Theoretical generalization of processes of effective management by corporate rights in the conditions of market instability, development and ground of scientific-methodical and practical recommendations in relation to forming of innovative case frame taking into account realiy of national economy. Research methods. Dialectical, concrete-history, comparative analysis, systems approach, methods of statistical and situation analysis, selective researches, method of ball estimation, graphic constructions, cluster analysis, methods of design. The practical value of the got results consists that positions and conclusions of the given research can be used in activity of organs of legislative and executive power at the improvement of the system of corporate management in the joint-stock companies both with part of state property, and belonging to the private hands. A novelty consists in development of complex of theoretical and methodological positions on perfection of national case frame by corporate rights. Innovative approach to forming of national steady case frame by corporate rights is first offered, which is based on perfection of activity of common shareholders' meeting, ground of composition of observant advice and executive branch, addition of structure of management by the joint-stock company by three new organs (nomination committee, committee on the corporate management and committee on development of internal documents). The results of dissertation research were used in work of the Kharkov Territorial Management of the State Commission on valuable papers and fund market, row of joint-stock companies of Ukraine.
