Object – the frequent attacks of atrial fibrillation in patients with ischemic heart disease, angina pectoris stabile in assotiation with atrial fibrillation; methods – clinical, functional, statistical; novelty – in patients on basis learning predictors of frequent attacks of atrial fibrillation, remodeling changes of heart, vessels and diastolic dysfunction were treated by amiodaron in association with lisinopril, losartan and its combination throught 6 monts Its may achiev safety, effectiveness treatment raise and reduce complications. The main predictor frequent attacks of atrial fibrillation was a size of left atrial; results – it has been revealed, that treatment the patients with ischemic heart disease and frequent attacks of atrial fibrillation which included amiodaron in association with lisinopril, losartan and its combination increasing antianginal, antiremodelling and antiarrhythmic effects, with more antiremodelling and antiarrhythmic effects in losartan groups; field – medicine.
