Essay

The object is arterial hypertension within preoperative and postoperative period among the patients with anterior abdomen wall hernia; methods are clinical, functional, biochemical and statistical; its novelty is in the first time shown differences between parameters of daily monitoring of blood pressure and heart rate variability within preoperative and postoperative period among the patients with hernias of different sizes, it was certain that one of the reasons of arterial hypertension during postoperative period development was setting in the abdomen of big volume of hernia content, the apparent disbalance between sympatic and parasympatic nervous system within preoperative and postoperative period among the patients with vast ventral hernia evidenced; results are: it has been revealed that high prevalence of hypertensive crisis for patients after hernioplasty оf vast ventral hernia (more than 30%), the reduction of degree of night BP fall, associated with more intra-abdominal hypertension evidence, and the dominance of sympathicotonia over parasympathetic regulatory link of autonomous balance of heart activity to a greater degree than among small hernia patients established, the advantages of combination of bisoprolol and moxonidin use are grounded; the field is medicine.
