Kudlai E. Rehabilitation of reproductive function of women with infertility of a different origin.

The dissertation is devoted to clinical substantiation and new decision of an actual scientific problem of improvement of clinical-diagnostic inspection and treatment of married couples at infertility of a different origin with use conservative and endosurgical treatments. Together with andrologist realized the analysis of the development of man's infertility, developed the algorithm of inspection and treatment of man's infertility. Identified the determining factors in the pathogenesis of female infertility. Shows the necessary of the system approach to diagnostics and simultaneous differentiated therapy of the man and the woman, presented in the developed algorithms, in the prevention and therapy of infertility in marriage. Proposed diagnostic algorithm, that allows a married couple to reduce quantity of ineffectual attempts to a minimum and to solve the problem transition to program EKI and TE without additional material inputs and loss of time. Besides, outlined recommendations for treatment of infertility of a different origin that should be used in work of experts of the Centers of planning of family and a reproduction.
