Karpinskaya A. Restructuring of winemaking as a management tool in their life cycle

Object – it is industrial-economic activities the winemaking enterprises in aspect of definition of stages of their life cycle and re-structuring variants. The purpose - deepening of theoretical bases of re-structuring of the enterprises, working out of methodical toolkit and applied recommendations about realization of diagnosing and re-structuring of the enterprises of winemaking of Ukraine for efficient control their life cycle. Methods: logic, a comparative estimation of formalization, the system analysis and synthesis, the financial and economic both statistical analysis, cluster and a situation analysis Novelty: the stage by stage-structured approach to diagnosing and re-structuring of the enterprises of winemaking which provides a complex of actions on is developed: To carrying out of diagnosing of the enterprise, definition of a stage of its life cycle, definition of a kind and re-structuring orientation, correcting of base strategy of the enterprise according to a re-structuring kind, definition of transformations of the enterprise according to new strategy, formation of "package" of documents on carrying out of re-structuring and realization of the program of re-structuring which provides possibility of efficient control with enterprise life cycle. Results: scientifically well-founded recommendations about diagnosing and re-structuring of the enterprises of winemaking are developed. It is introduced: methodical workings out and recommendations concerning realisation of economic diagnosing and re-structuring of the enterprises of winemaking: Open Society „Odessa factory of sparkling wines” (Odessa, the certificate №5 from 25.07.2008г.), Open Society "Member of the Komsomol" (Artsiz-2, the certificate №287 from 10.10.2008г.) . Technologies cluster analysis and economic diagnosing of the enterprises are used in practical activities of Central administrative board of economy of the Odessa regional state administration (the inquiry № 115/11 from 20.01.2009г.).
