Essay

The object of this research is the process of the staff motivation, it’s extension of methods, forms and approaches. The aim of the investigation is the development of the innovations in formation of the socioeconomic staff motivation methods, as an enhancement of efficiency factor of the business' activity. The methods of the investigation is analysis, synthesis, comparison, balance method, method of index numbers, method of ratio analysis, grouping terms, mathematico- statistical method. The newness of the inves-tigation is definition of the effective methods of the motivation adequacy, economic-mathematical model building. All that factors allows to put mechanisms of the deployment of staff in touch with business' activity economical performances. The findings of this research - recommendations and technics which allows to define staff motivation efficiency, esteem it’s impact on business operating efficiency.
