Yakovenko V. Models and methods of creating the informational technology for managing an educational establishment activ-ity

Dissertation work is devoted to upgrade activity and decision of tasks of organizational management in educational establishments by the improvement of models and methods for creation of information technology(IT) of information treatment. On this basis: the analysis of tasks of the organizational management of an educational establishment was executed, instruments and methods of estimation of quality level of educational establishment are certain; the models and methods for the creation of the IT concerning the organizational managing the educational establishment's activity were studied; the models of informative processes are built for the quality management of activity of educational establishment and its evaluation on the basis of CALS are technologies, that allow to build single informative space for all participants of life cycle of educational establishment activity as a system of models of educational process for their subsequent estimation and improvement; IT of quality management educational estab-lishment's activity, which is based on determination of the generalized index of efficiency and provides the permanent improvement educational establishment's activity, is developed; introduction and experimental confirmation application efficiency of the created IT is executed
