Subjects of research are patients with rheumatoid arthritis burdened by arteriosclerotic disease of vessels. Purpose - to define clinico-pathogenetic peculiarities and promote efficiency of treatment of patients a rheumatoid arthritis burdened by arteriosclerotic disease of vessels. Methods - clinical, biochemical, immunological, instrumental, statistical. Novelty - firstly well-proven that violations of the microcirculation, peripheral blood stream and endothelial adjusting of vascular tone of patients with the studied burdened pathology conditioned by duration of arthritis and by activity of inflammation. Connection of increase of thickness of complex intima-media is certain with the indexes markers of inflammation, antioxidant potential, conjunctivas indexes. The first is applied combination of atorvastatin with omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids on a background base therapy for patients by a rheumatoid arthritis with this burdened pathology and its efficiency is well-proven. Results - it is set on the basis of the conducted researches, that for patients with this burdened pathology duration of arthritis anymore on 6 years, seropositive - on 16,3%. The presence of arteriosclerotic disease of vessels is related to the system displays, enhance able levels of C-reactive albumen, rheumatoid factor. The degree of expressed of atherosclerotic defeat influences on seropositive, system displays, arthral syndrome. The thickness complex of intima-media these patients depends on activity of arthritis, utilized on the previous stages of treatment doses of anti-inflammatory preparations, methotrexatum. This patients are more violation of the microcirculation, markers inflammation. It is well-proven that application on a background base therapy of atorvastatins with omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids is instrumental in the decline of levels of markers of inflammation, thickness of complex intima-media, signs of violations of the endothelial adjusting, to the improvement antioxidant potential for such patients.
