Buzdugan Y. Legal and organizational frameworks of financial provision of health protection in Ukraine

The dissertation is a complex research of legal regulation of financial provision of health protection in Ukraine. The dissertation comprises a row of theoretical positions and practical recommendations, formulated as a result of a complex analysis of historical and foreign experience and the current legislation of Ukraine which regulates financial provision of health protection. Pursuant to the set purpose, the concept of "Legal mechanism of financial provision of health protection" has been defined, the legal forms of financial provision of health protection in Ukraine have been investigated, principles of budgetary financing have been improved, recommendations for improving the legal mechanism of the financial provision of health protection in Ukraine have been developed, the factors, which influence on the efficiency of financial provision of the explored industry, and problematic questions concerning financial control in this sphere of public relations have been detected, and the legal ways of their decision have been offered.
