Yavorska О. Improvement of economic mechanism which provides protection and quality of atmospheric air

Object of the research: is a process of providing of atmospheric air protection of and its quality in the market conditions in accordance with the requirements of sustainable development. Purpose of the research is development of the scientifically grounded approaches to improvement of economic mechanism for providing atmospheric air protection of and quality, aimed on prevention of negative impact of stationary and movable sources of environment pollutions. Methods of the research: induction and deductions monographic, graphic, economic- mathematical, network planning and management, statistical. Scientific novelty of the research: for the first time method of integral estimation of industrial enterprises ratio in atmospheric air pollution has been scientifically grounded, the scenario of management of the atmospheric air quality monitoring through Internet project has been developed. Conceptual approaches to forming and functioning of economic mechanism for providing protection and quality of atmospheric air are improved, the set of basic concepts - of economics of clean air is improved, the statistical accounting concerning atmospheric air protection is improved. Degree of implementation: scientific findings are applied by Administration of Forestry and Hunt of Lviv Region and by State administration of natural environment protection in the Lviv region area for realization of measures aimed in improvement of atmospheric air quality and in afforestated forest covered area increment. Research results are used in an educational process of the Ukrainian National Forestry University in teaching disciplines "Statistics", "Accounting in foreign countries", "Environment Management of enterprises" for training bachelor and master students. Field of implementation: economics of nature resources.
