Essay

Object: process dehydration superfine suspensions in a screw centrifuge. The purpose: installation hydromechanical regularities process dehydration superfine waste in screw centrifuge, development of their construction. Methods: theoretical positions base on the principles mechanics driving solids, principles mechanics a loose body. Data interpretation it is executed by methods mathematical statistics. Scientific novelty: for the first time regularities process dehydration in screw centrifuge which has a zone sealing are studied; experimentally effect parameters zone sealing; the model process dehydration in screw centrifuge which has zone sealing, and considers structure of moisture and its granulometric composition. Practical value: developed construction a screw centrifuge; the range application - superfine materials. The procedure design parameters zone sealing is developed. Introductions are conducted in scientific and industry. Branch - chemical machine building.
