Essay

The thesis is devoted to the creation of the nonreciprocal transformer scheme model on the basis of helicon resonator - the unified component of nonreciprocal passive devices for meter and decameter wave ranges. The helicon isolator with inductance coils wound on it placed to the external static magnetic field is nonreciprocal transformer with the imaginary coefficient of transfer . The nonreciprocal relation between inductance coils is done with the help of the standing helicon wave field polarized in circuit which has an exceptionally small phase speed. The research of different factors influence on the helicon isolator's parameters has been done. The scheme model of nonreciprocal transformer allowing us to compute the scheme parameters of nonreciprocal transformer proceeding from geometry and helicon isolator electro-physical characteristics has been worked out. The scheme model corresponds to the methods of the circuits with lumped parameters analysis and is suitable for the integration in CAD of electron schemes. The algorithm and the program for the calculation of nonreciprocal passive devices at different schemes of nonreciprocal transformer switching on have been worked out. The experimental research which has been carried out testifies to the adequacy of the nonreciprocal transformer scheme model on the basis of helicon isolator which has been received in the work.
