Essay

Dissertation is complex scientific research of realizations in matters after the addresses of taxpayers to the organs of government tax service of Ukraine. Pursuant to the put purpose the certain concept is defined "realization in matters after the addresses of taxpayers to the organs of government tax service of Ukraine", their structure and maintenance. Taxpayers and organs of taxes as subjects of such realizations are described. Classification of appeals is carried out, the subjects of consideration of which the organs of taxes are. Suggestions and recommendations, directed on the improvement of mechanism of realizations in matters after the addresses of taxpayers to the organs of government tax service of Ukraine are developed.
