Lyutikov P. State Control in the Branch of Ferrous Metallurgy in Ukraine: Organization and Legal Aspect

The dissertation is dedicated to the analysis of organization and legal positions of the state control in the field of ferrous metallurgy in Ukraine. The genesis of the state control in the branch of ferrous metallurgy in the legislation and legal doctrine has been analyzed, the concept, specific features of the branch of ferrous metallurgy as an object of state control; the legal definition of the state control in the branch of ferrous metallurgy in Ukraine has been considered; the elements of organization and legal mechanism of the state control in the branch of ferrous metallurgy with detailed study of each of them; the foreign experience of legal regulation of the positions of the state control in the branch of ferrous metallurgy has been analyzed and the prerequisites and priorities of its application in Ukraine have been formulated; the main issues and prospective of the development of state control in the branch of ferrous metallurgy and its legal regulation in Ukraine at present has been described.
