Dubenko O. Administrative and legal mechanism securing the safety jf a person

The dissertation is dedicated to the theoretical applied research of the organization legal grounds of the administrative and legal mechanism securing the safety of a person in the state. The topical issues concerning the essence and content of the notion of the person safety are investigated in the paper. Basing on the analyses of the national legislative new ways of the state policy in the question under consideration are determined and international experience to be applied in Ukraine is researched. The necessity of scientific research of competence bodies empowered to secure safety of a person and the order and forms of their activity are considered to be one of the basic ways of work. Tasks and functions of the internal affairs organs in the sphere of securing publics safety are revealed. It is thoroughly analyzed the correlation of notions of personal safety, law and order, public safety and public order. Personal safety of citizens is investigated in terms of its essence and place in the system of personal rights.
