Improving processes of marketing enterprise activity in modern market conditions. Development and improvement theoretic-methodical and applied principles of formation of enterprise's marketing growth strategies. Methods: scientific generalization, comparison, systems analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction. It is developed: a technique and theoretic-analytical model of market positions determination by formation of numerical matrix of the Fuzzy-SWOT-analysis and hierarchical system of enterprise strategic position indicators; the methodical approach to definition, estimation and forming of marketing growth strategies; the toolkit of the strategic marketing analysis has got development (SPACE-method and the SWOT-analysis), methodical approaches to optimum resources distribution between certain strategies. It is improved: the conceptual device of strategic marketing (concept "marketing strategy" and "marketing growth strategy"); theoretical approaches to classification of enterprise's marketing strategies and marketing growth strategies, are specified their scientific definitions, features of application; algorithm of strategic marketing planning.
