Object - pregnancy, births, fruit and new-born, features of immunological and hormonal status for women with viral hepatitis B in anamnesis; methods – questionnaire, clinical, immunological, hormonal, biochemical, instrumental and mathematic-statistic; novelty – first on the basis of complex study of maternal-fruit mutual relations the role of hormonal-biochemical and immunological violations is nosotropic well-proven in the origin of complications of flow of pregnancy, births, down-lying and state new-born for women with hepatitis B in anamnesis; frequency, character and structure of complications of pregnancy, is studied, births, down-lying with hepatitis B in anamnesis, and their negative influence is exposed on the state of fruit and new-born; a scientific ground and estimation of efficiency of the use of clinical-prophylactic measures, including hormonal and antigomotoxic preparations is presented, that provides the decline of frequency of complications of pregnancy, births, down-lying and instrumental in the improvement of the state of new-born; results – frequency and perinatal complications is mionectic for pregnant with hepatitis B in anamnesis, by development of the scientifically grounded clinical-prophylactic measures, on the basis of research of hormonal-immunological mutual relations; branch – medicine.
