Dissertation is devoted to the decision of one of issues of the day - research of pathophysiology mechanisms of the nervous system’s violations subject on the condition of cytostatics prescription. Neurotoxic changes develop for rats in an atmosphere of paclitaxel, cisplatin and vincristin application. The neurotoxic of the probed preparations diminishes in the following row: paclitaxel > vincristin > cisplatin. Application of paclitaxel is accompanied by development of mixed polyneuropathy with axonal-demielinisation character, with the overwhelming defeat of proximal segments of agile and sensory fibres of nerves overhead and lower extremities. Application of cisplаtin stipulates development of axonal-demielinisation sensory-agile polyneuropathy with the displays of the phenomenon of «re-inhibition» of agile nervous fibres in 43,5 % patients. As a result of introduction of vincristin develop distal sensomotor polyneuropathy with demielinisation character in 36,4 % oncologic patients. Compatible introduction of mesna, dimesna or L-karnitin also with paclitaxel, cisplatin and vincristin draw development of neuroprotection effect.
