Thesis is devoted to the study of the lower urinary tract functional state in patients with benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH), elaboration of the diagnostic and correction methods of micturition disorders prior and following transurethral resection regarding the type of contractile detrusor ability.The results of our survey allows to affirm that efficacy of functional micturition disorders treatment mainly depends on the type of the contractile detrusor ability. The performance of the urodynamic "pressure-flow" examination prior to the operation permits to administer differentiated treatment in such patients and to avoid unnecessary surgical intervention.Application of the represented diagnostic and treatment algorithm of the functional micturition disorders in patients with BPH and urodynamic study "pressure-flow" allows to improve the treatment efficacy, decrease the number of complications which entitle to recommend the given treatment modality for the broad practical application.
