The object – pupils’ educational and creative activity; the aim – to work out the model of senior pupils’ educational and creative activity organization, to give theoretical background and to examine experimentally the technology of its realization to increase the level of pupils’ educational and creative competence; the methods – theoretical, empiric, statistic; the novelty – for the first time the integral model and the personal orientated technology of senior pupils’ educational and creative activity organization at micro- and macrolevels are worked out; the results – the increase of educational and creative competence level due to introducing the technology and complex of means of educational and creative activity organization into the teaching process at secondary schools, among them such optional courses in English and Economics as «Creative development of personality», «Life as creativity», educational and methodological materials «Senior pupils’ educational and creative activity organization (based on the material of Humanities)»
