The object- the process of teaching junior pupils; the aim - to reveal the effect of theoretically grounded didactic conditions for organization of learning dialogue among young schoolgoers on the improvement of the efficiency of their learning activity; the methods - theoretical, empiric, methods of mathematical statistics; the novelty - the didactic conditions for organization of learning dialogue among young schoolgoers are theoretically grounded; the technology for organization of learners' learning dialogue has been worked out; the groups of skills necessary to carry out a learning dialogue and methods of their development are characterized; the criteria and indices of the efficiency of learning dialogue organization are specified; the results - scientifically grounded methodological recommendations on the organization of learning dialogue among young schoolgoers, pedagogical means to realize the technology stages and find out its efficiency have been analysed and used in the primary school teaching process
