Karasova O. Architectural-planning organization of small hotels in conditions of natural complexes.

In dissertation revealing modern lines and factors which influence accommodation and formation of small hotels in conditions of natural complexes is generalized. Is developed classification of hotels in view of the ecological factor. Definition of the term «ecolodge» - hotel with minimal impact on nature is offered. Specification of planning parameters of the basic rooms of ecolodge is lead. Requirements to interrelations and structure of functional elements of hotel establishment which depending on spaciousness, town-planning, ecological and economical conditions can have the reduced, standard and expanded character are revealed. Basic ecologically expedient principles of accommodation, site-planning and the space-planning decision of hotels - principles of ecological, esthetical compatibility and contact to nature are certain. Space-planning receptions of maintenance of the revealed principles are offered. Means of achievement of aesthetic expressiveness which are based on emphasis of connection with cultural and natural fillings of territory, and also application of ecological materials and constructive systems are resulted.
