Scientific research is devoted to solution of essential questions of system mapping of interaction of pollution indexes of an environment and morbidity of the population on the big industrial cities. The analysis of pollution indexes of an environment and morbidity of the population in the central region of Kyiv city for 15 years is carried out. Plural dependences between separate metrics and an integral level of pollution of an environment, on the one hand, and morbidity of the population, on the other hand are detected. The coefficient of plural correlation between characteristics of an environment and health level of the population makes 0,62±0,05 that could be considered as high value. It allows to predict the state of an environment and a level of health of region’s inhabitants more effectively. Principles of system’s optimization for the actions on improvement of environment state in large industrial city and health protection of inhabitants are proved. On the basis of principles of dual handle the information model of environmental pollution and population morbidity dynamics in the big industrial cities is created. Model allows to provide risks management, identification of hazard to inhabitants and other tasks.
