Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the decision of a problem of search lipasetropic agents among vegetative bioactive substance and creations of a medical product with high lipase activity. It is investigated lipasetropic activity of extracts of 7 plants of families Fabaceae and Apiaceae (Angelica archangelica L., Heracleum sphondylium L., Daucus carota L., Coronilla varia L., Vicia tenuifolia Roth., Melilotus officinalis (L.) Pall. and Melilotus albus Medik.), which had activating action. It is investigated 3 preparations Avisane, Piflamine and Flavanabole (activators). It is carried out phytochemical research of the specified plants of Ukrainian flora. It is allocated and identified 48 substances: 28 coumarins, 1 furochromone and 19 flavonoids. 17 substances for the first time are allocated from the certain vegetative objects. For the first time it is investigated lipasetropic activity of 33 individual substances, for the first time the investigated derivatives benzo-?-pyrone. It is determined not less than 8 perspective activators of lipase (4 derivatives benzo-?-pyrone and 4 benzo-?-pyrone) and 5 inhibitor (from them two flavonoids). The combined preparation with high activity of lipase is developed, thus lipolytic activity of a preparation is higher of activity of a similar doze of pancreatine.
